Novato Hotel

We plan to affiliate with Hyatt hotels under the Hyatt Place brand to develop Hyatt Place Marin/Sonoma.  Golden State Properties will develop the hotel, the hotel will be professionally operated by Hyatt or an approved Hyatt operator and the hotel will be owned by our affiliate investment group.

 

Hyatt Place is an all-suite hotel targeted at the upper-midscale market with corporate and leisure guests. The targeted average daily rate for the Hyatt Place Marin/Sonoma will be $200 per night.  The Hyatt Place Marin/Sonoma will feature:

 

GALLERY - The Gallery is a free-flowing area featuring contemporary design and a comfortable coffeehouse vibe. It is a cozier place than a traditional lobby.

 

24-HOUR BUSINESS CENTER - This standard area in the Gallery offers complimentary computer and printer access along with free Wi-Fi, available to guests any time of day (or night).

COFFEE TO COCKTAILS BAR - Our Coffee to Cocktails Bar is exactly what it sounds like — a designated area in the Gallery where guests can order beverages of all kinds, as well as items from the 24/7 Gallery Menu

 

GALLERY KITCHEN - Guests are able to start off the day with a free, hot breakfast. Our Gallery Kitchen serves a variety of premium breakfast offerings for guests to choose from based on their individual preferences.
